"According to Aristotle,while written laws are important,the laws of unwritten custom "are more sovereign and deal with more sovereign matters than written laws"(Aristotle , Politics, 3.11.6).Barker interprets Aristotle to mean that "Greater than writing of excellent laws on paper, is the writing of them into the spiritual fibre of a people,law abidingness is more than law...the essence of law is the will of the citizen to abide by the law" (Barker 1959:323). 上面那段闡述了不成文憲法基於過往歷史習俗和判決先例等種種因素，會比成文憲法更加的深入人們的生活以及擁有更多的權力結構 ; 而下面那段則指出對於憲法所能框架住的基本：憲法固然能保障自由，但人類福祉等更加細微的保障不應該直接由憲法來處理。

我認為最能代表國家的器物：盆栽

原因：

盆栽有土壤象徵的領土範圍，而枝葉代表權力的延伸，若是國家興盛，枝葉繁茂，在國際（盆栽）間角力展現的力量有可能去影響旁邊的其他盆栽，反之，若照顧不善，國家衰微，則只能任由其他盆栽的枝葉侵門踏戶。
