  既然憲法的最初本意是要一個「受信任的、公益的」創造者，但若憲法轉變成資產階級保衛其權力和優越性的武器，其本意還能彰顯嗎？還是說資本主義即是共同體所承認最好的生活方式，即便某些人將受其奴役與犧牲；那公益（public wealth）是什麼，讓多數人過好日子而犧牲少數人的利益算公益嗎？
